• • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; master's degree or certification preferred
• • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a tech or consulting industry
• • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and revenue targets, and leading and managing sales teams
• • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders
• • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower sales representatives
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment, and adapt to changing needs and expectations
• • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer orientation, with a results-driven and growth-oriented mindset

• • Plan and execute sales plans and programs to achieve the sales objectives and revenue targets of Venture Smarter
• • Manage and oversee the daily activities and performance of the sales team, and provide guidance, support, and direction
• • Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives, and evaluate their skills and competencies
• • Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and reports, and analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunity
• • Establish and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and understand their needs and expectations
• • Negotiate contracts and deals with customers, and resolve any issues or complaints
• • Collaborate with other departments and teams, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities and initiatives
• • Stay updated on the latest market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
